Read this first: The idea and desire for weight loss can increase stress and worry, especially if you believe you have 'failed' in the past according to social standards and dictates. This stress is disguised in your current threshold of stress. For every client, this stress level has been very high and unrecognized.

The first step of TTLW is clearing this struggle of your past weight loss experiences so you can start  with a clean slate. You will receive handouts with guidance after purchase and the Absolute Stress Reduction audio can help defray stress. If you need private assistance, I can clear this issue in one session.

Stress and weight loss: The current medical research directly links stress/emotional eating, hyper-eating, binge cycles, and fat storage with the accumulation of life stresses, ones you might be familiar with and are currently living, or may not realize are activated from your younger years.

I highly recommend that you begin by listening to Absolute Stress Reduction for one to two weeks before making any changes in behaviors or diet. EVERY CLIENT who reluctantly follow my advise (because they were anxious to lose weight. HINT.) was surprised at the results for three reasons:

1. They did not believe they were stressed and experienced dramatic reductions, thereby, living happier.

2. Their lives and bodies changed without a direct focus on weight loss;       

3. Now they know how powerful mind and the correlate stress are.


 

12 audio tracks: Each track has its purpose and value. As you read through the recommendations you will discover that for each day you can select an audio based on what you need or how you feel. As you get familiar with the program and grow accustomed to hearing my soothing voice, you instantly relax into the guidance and know exactly what you need to listen too. Trust your inner guidance.

Each audio also has a length of time listed. Your scheduled events and activites will determine how much time you have. IMPORTANT: DO not forgo listening to TTLW especially in the early stages of reprogramming. Continually feed yourself with powerful suggestions for change.

Here are examples of how to use the various tracks.

Example: You are not sleeping: Listen to 10 Quiet Moments during the day and The Sleep CD at night.

Example: You eat too fast: Listen to Absolute Stress Reduction and Eating Lessons.

Example: You have a big day tomorrow and feel worry because they usually serve lots of pastries at this meeting.  Listen to Evening Reflections followed by I AM My Divine and Dawning Aspirations in  the morning.

Man with headphonesHow to Listen to Guided Audios:  Undisturbed by people, pets, and all electronic devices. Inform family that you may not be bothered for the time period you have set aside. Put pets in another room. Turn all cell phone and electronic beeps, rings and sound effects.

CD's Verses Downloads: Does not matter. The device you have will decide the best format for you. Use headphones.

Find your space: Close the door and dim the lights.

Get comfortable: Sit back in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Uncross arms and legs. Loosen tight clothing.

Stay Clear: Decide what you want to accomplish today based on how you feel and which audio you have selected. Write what you want in a journal that you keep for this processing experience.
